Selling my parents' house was something that came up very quickly due to their declining health...it was something I was not prepared for in any way, shape, or form, and quite frankly, terrified me. I never had to sell a home before, let alone a home that isn't mine.
Sandra is just amazing. From contacting her initially, to answering all my many (probably annoying!!) questions, to organizing and running the estate sale, to managing the clean out...and now, we're listing the house... she's been right there for us. She's kind, helpful, calm, and very obviously cares for her clients. She responds quickly to electronic communication, works flexibly, and develops the plan to accommodate exactly what you need.
I can't recommend Sandra enough. She's taken what has been a very scary "thing," and made it much easier to handle.
